One of my favorite late summer desserts is peach crisp. It’s something my family made when I was a kid. I follow a recipe from Love and Lemons — it's most similar to the one I ate growing up with a few additions I love.

Cooking notes:

• Don’t skip the lemon juice! It really brings out the peach flavor.
• I add granola to the topping. Specifically, I add cinnamon granola. It’s adds a nice crunch to the rolled oats <3
• I also swap out the cane sugar for brown sugar.
